Ardesto presents a new drying unit – FDB-1138.

The device is equipped with removable doors, a transparent window for monitoring and controlling the dehydration process, mechanical control with LED display and a special grille for hanging products.

The Ardesto FDB-1138 drying unit consists of a white main unit with a black panel and removable doors. To control the process of dehydration of products, there are a transparent window and LED-display with modes and temperature menu provided. The scope of the delivery of the device includes ten grilles-trays. The size of the trays is 23×29,5×3 cm.

Ardesto FDB-1138 is a perfect solution for dehydrating: fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs/greens, berries, meat, sausages, fish, bread and other products. Thanks to the adjustable drying temperature regime varying from 40°C to 70°C, the products retain a significant amount of vitamins and minerals after dehydration. The design and arrangement of the trays ensure uniform and efficient drying process at all levels of the drying unit.
